I accidentally cracked our home's PVC water supply over the weekend (don't ask). Deferring the weekend rate, I was scheduled for a Monday repair. Alex was on site first thing in the morning. He coached me through the choices on a complicated piping situation, cut through a bunch of tree roots and had my house back in the 21st century quickly. A real professional and great to work with.
