We were having somewhat of an emergency late in the afternoon. Joey arrived first thing in the morning and took care of the problem promptly. It was complicated but he had all the parts on the truck and was done in no time. I then showed him something else which was much more serious than I guessed. Luckily he took care of that one too, before it turned I to a disaster. I was super pleased with Doug Turner plumbing. They have helped us many times before.

Joey came twice. The evening of the call for a water service leak, he came by to assess if a repair was possible. But it needed some major digging. He promised to return the next day with assistance. We discussed approach and mutually decided to chase down the leak rather than replace entire line. After an hour from arrival, he found the leak. A failed pipe joint. It took only 3 hours including 45 minutes for glue to guarantee cure before backfilling. Have already had two neighbors to ask who did the work. I will be bringing this company back annually for inspections inside house plus water heater flushing.
