Great service is never cheap...Shane provided outstanding service and provided great value for what was paid. While at the house, he uncovered other issues, showed me, and fixed those at no additional labor cost since we already paid for an hour's labor anyway. He really raised the bar for service!

Shane came out to address an apparent sewer line leak in mid-yard. This was only my guess, as no other water lines run anywhere near, but my sewer line. Shane scoped it using in-pipe camera and found the sewer line does not run anywhere near the large wet spot in lawn. He checked storm sewer & sanitary sewer manholes, and my water meter - which is not moving. Directed me to call the City - Public Works to check for a possible routing of main line through my mid-yard. I've used DTPC a number of times; they do very good work, are friendly & knowledgeable. They're not the cheapest, but they are super high quality in all aspects.
